A.S. Volley Lube announces the signing of middle blocker Jackson Howe, a standout blocker for the Canadian national team. Coming off a season in Germany with Lüneburg, the 200 cm-tall athlete—born in 1998—shined for his national team during the first two legs of the Volleyball Nations League in Canada and Slovenia. He is now set to compete in the third week of the VNL in Japan. Howe is currently the top blocker in the VNL with 33 winning blocks—ten more than Turkey’s Bedirhan Bulbul, who ranks second in the category. At Lube, Jackson will reunite with his compatriot Eric Loeppky—a former college teammate and best friend—who recently extended his contract through 2028.
