This is the fourth and final confirmation for Tinet for his historic first season in the Superleague. When called upon last year, he always responded effectively. His versatility and hard work impressed the entire Prato area, and so he was offered a reconfirmation. David Umek, a Trieste-born spiker born in 1998, will also be a Passerotto next year. “I believe the opportunity to play on the courts of Italy’s greatest arenas is an incredible one,” David emphasizes, “and I’m very honored to have been offered this opportunity. And it will be wonderful to play against teams that can field the best players in the world, including those from our national team.”
What would you like to be the main characteristic of the 2026-2027 Tinet team?
“I think it’s about never giving up and giving more than 100%, both in matches and in training. It’s going to be a tough and complicated season in many ways, but we want to be a tough team that doesn’t give up, even when our opponents are more renowned than us.”
