Cucine Lube Civitanova, as the standard-bearer of the Marche region in Italy and around the world, the red and white champions as role models for young people, and the value of perseverance, discipline, and sacrifice to achieve one’s goals. This and much more was discussed in Macerata this morning, Friday, May 15, at the Matteo Ricci High School. The last annual student assembly welcomed a delegation of Italian runners-up with a standing ovation. Numerous questions were posed to the participants.

Representing the red and white club were CEO and vice president Albino Massaccesi, captain Fabio Balaso, veteran Marko Podrascanin, assistant coach Francesco Oleni, athletic trainer Massimo Merazzi, general secretary Sonia Emiliozzi, and the communications staff.

Fresh from the Scudetto Finals, Lube was pleased to accept the invitation from instructors Giulio Serafini and Luca Di Lorenzo. It was a great opportunity to continue the direct connection between the Marche club and its younger members and to share the experiences of its members both on and off the field with the students of IIS Ricci. Head coach Giampaolo Medei also made a surprise phone call, greeting all the young players in attendance.

Many voices, one chorus: “Talent is not enough! Commitment and mentality are the foundation of great results, in sport and in everyday life. You have to be consistent and persevere, taking into account sacrifices and sacrifices. Achieving your dreams is tiring but exhilarating!”
