The Italian runners-up and the students of Cingoli are teaming up to fight bullies and harassment. On Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., Beppe Cormio, general manager of A.S. Volley Lube, and Marko Podrascanin, middle blocker for Cucine Lube Civitanova and veteran of SuperLega Credem Banca, will compete with students from the Coldigioco Mestica Sports Center and the Varnelli High School in Cingoli as part of the educational initiative “Crush Bullying!”

The event, scheduled for middle schools and sponsored by the municipal administration, aims to raise awareness among young people about behavioral problems, particularly during development, and the need for a change of direction based on respect and brotherhood within the social fabric. The meeting was scheduled one day before the National Day Against Bullying and Cyberbullying (February 7). City officials will be present to greet the event.

Cormio and “Potke” will discuss how practicing sports and bonding in the gym, a true school of life for volleyball, can defuse bullies and perpetrators.
