SuperLega Credem Banca Playoff Finals:
Sir Susa Scai Perugia – Cucine Lube Civitanova 3-1 (25-27, 26-24, 25-22, 25-20)

Sir Susa Scai Perugia is the 2025/26 Italian Champion! The team led by Angelo Lorenzetti, leading 2-0 in the final series against Cucine Lube Civitanova, won Game 3 in four sets, securing their third Scudetto. It was a hard-fought victory, and given the direction the match had taken, it was far from a foregone conclusion: the Umbrian team’s determination made the difference—especially in the second set—as they overcame a six-point deficit to ultimately win the set.

The Credem Banca Scudetto Finals MVP was Massimo Colaci, who was able to celebrate what was likely his final appearance in the SuperLega Credem Banca. The Perugia libero, who is officially the second oldest player to win a Scudetto, was awarded the medal by Massimo Righi (President of the Lega Pallavolo Serie A) and Nicole Galimberti (Head of Sponsorships at Credem Banca). The medals for the winning team were placed around the necks of Massimo Righi and Giuseppe Manfredi (President of the Italian Volleyball Federation), who, along with Nicole Galimberti, also presented the Credem Banca trophy to Simone Giannelli, Sir Susa Scai Perugia.

Before the final awards ceremony, the referees were also honored: the memento of the Final was presented by Fabio Fistetto (CEO of the Lega Pallavolo Serie A).

As happened during Game 1 and Game 2, this evening at the Eurosuole Forum, the Lega Pallavolo Serie A joint initiative with Credem Banca, the championship’s title sponsor, took place: a young athlete from Perugia, Nathan, presented the official match ball to the two referees. A gesture that once again puts young people at the center of the volleyball world.

Massimo Colaci (Sir Susa Scai Perugia): “I truly thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for this award. For the emotions you’ve given me, I believe Wassim deserved this award because he was the best in these matches. But thank you. It’s the first time, so I’m truly very, very happy, and finishing here in front of our fans is a fantastic feeling. I truly thank everyone.”
