The SuperLega spotlights are back on at the Perugia stadium!
The Pian di Massiano stadium, which hosted the big match in the Coppa Italia Quarterfinals, which capped off the Block Devils’ 2025 campaign on a high note, will host the third return leg of the regular season tomorrow afternoon, with kick-off set for a brand-new 4:00 PM.
Allianz Milano will be playing against Sir Susa Scai Perugia, less than a month after the first leg, which was played on Sunday, December 7th at the Allianz Cloud, before the Bianconeri team’s departure for the Club World Cup.
President Sirci’s men arrive at this new championship match after winning the club’s third world title in history and securing qualification for the Coppa Italia Final Four once again this year, defeating Lube from the Marche region, with a 3-1 defeat on Tuesday evening.
Coach Roberto Piazza’s boys, however, had to say goodbye to the Coppa Italia, exiting in the quarterfinals at the hands of Rana Verona, who booked their ticket to Bologna with a 3-0 victory and who will face the Block Devils in the second of the two semifinals on Saturday 7 February at 6 pm at the Unipol Arena.
