From middle blocker to middle blocker! Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce that Lorenzo Rainero has been confirmed as the second player to join the roster for the 2026/27 Credem Banca Serie A3.
Following Ambrogio Quaranta, another middle blocker will ensure continuity in coach Andrea Berra’s squad.
Despite being born in 2002, “Lollo” is now a veteran of the white-and-blues, ready to begin his fifth season at PalaSanGiorgio. Born in Cavallermaggiore, he began his career at Volley Savigliano before taking flight at Cuneo Volley, where he made his Serie A3 debut in 2019/20. In 2022, he will return home to Savigliano, where he has racked up 102 appearances and 430 points so far.
