The countdown to the 2026/2027 season has officially begun. In recent days, the Lega Pallavolo Serie A released the Serie A3 Credem Banca schedule, and Plus Volleyball now knows its path in the Blue Group.
Coach Michele Totire’s team will make its debut on Sunday, October 18th, hosting Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentia. The following week, they will play their first away match against Aurispa DFV Capo di Leuca. Then, on Matchday 3, the Pontine team will play in Castellana Grotte. “I don’t think it’s an easy schedule, but not because of the order in which we face our opponents,” commented coach Michele Totire. “In my opinion, the technical level of this group is very high, and I don’t see any team destined to be a walk-on. Every match will be hard-fought, and we’ll have to aim to do our best at home, and anything we manage to achieve on the road will be an added bonus. Our goals are clear: to secure our place in the division as quickly as possible and then try to compete for the playoffs. I always work to achieve the best possible result, and this mentality must be instilled in the players. In a championship with ten opponents, you have to respect everyone without fearing anyone: facing them sooner or later makes little difference. It will require careful planning and great motivation from the coaching staff, the players, and the club. Personally, I can’t wait to get started.
