Three regional titles, three distinct paths, one identity: that of a club that continues to believe in the value of hard work, planning, and homegrown talent.
The Rinascita Volley Lagonegro youth sector closed out a memorable season by winning the Under-13, Under-17, and Under-19 regional titles. These results demonstrate the continued growth of the red and white team and the commitment of President Nicola Carlomagno’s club to investing concretely in the future.
The final victory came on Friday, May 8th, with the Under-13 team’s victory over their peers from Murate Potenza, culminating an exciting campaign that rewarded the work done throughout the season. A very young group, yet already brimming with quality and personality, they demonstrated how the foundation of the Rinascita project continues to grow year after year.
The Under-17 team also earned a special title on April 22nd, once again against Murate Potenza. This victory allowed the red and whites to secure their fourth consecutive regional title in their category, consolidating a dominance built over time through technical consistency, individual growth, and a spirit of belonging.
The Under 19 team’s triumph on April 11 against DMB Villa d’Agri was historic: the first regional title in their category in the history of Rinascita. This result represents a symbolic and important milestone in the Club’s growth journey, which is increasingly focused on building a direct link between the youth sector and the first team, developing the athletes of tomorrow at home.
Behind these successes is a clear vision: to create a strong technical and human identity, investing in local youth and accompanying them on a path of continuous growth, both on and off the field. This daily effort involves staff, coaches, families, and the club, and today it yields prestigious results.
“These achievements represent a very important milestone for the entire Rinascita,” emphasizes Roberto Simone, Head of the Youth Sector, “because they are the fruit of a program built over the years and the trust the club continues to place in its youth sector. Winning is nice, of course, but what matters most is seeing these kids grow, improve, and feel part of an identity. Our goal is to continue developing athletes who can become the future of the red and white first team. I thank the coaches, managers, families, and especially the kids, whose sacrifice and passion are making this journey special.”
