The Board of Directors of You Energy Volley S.S.D.R.L. has approved the update of the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the Code of Ethics, governance tools adopted by the Company since November 2021.
The update represents a further step in the consolidation of the corporate compliance system and the strengthening of the legality, transparency, and fairness safeguards that the Company promotes in carrying out its activities, in line with regulatory developments and best governance practices.
Model 231 and the Code of Ethics are fundamental elements of the internal control system and define the principles, values, rules of conduct, and organizational protocols aimed at preventing the crimes envisaged by Legislative Decree 231/2001, while also promoting a corporate culture based on integrity, responsibility, and compliance.
With this update, You Energy Volley S.S.D.R.L. confirms its commitment to adopting increasingly higher organizational standards, strengthening its governance system and consolidating relationships of trust with all its stakeholders: athletes, collaborators, sponsors, institutions, partners and the local community.
