Typical week for the Block Devils who, after the advance of Game 1 of the Play Off semifinal with Lube, played on Saturday evening at the Pala Barton Energy, will return to the field on Saturday 12 April at 6 pm for the second act of the series, at the Eurosuole Forum in Civitanova.
We are working starting from the indications that the match of game 1 left, both from the side of the performance of the black and whites, and from the opponent’s side. The first round of the series was taken by Perugia with a clear 3-0, but that is certainly not synonymous with an easy match. This was also confirmed by captain Simone Giannelli, guest on Sunday evening at Afterhours on the microphones of Andrea Brogioni and Andrea Zorzi:
«It was a very tough match: even if it was a 3-0, it is not true because they were 3 very tight sets and therefore I think it was a taste of what this series could be because Civitanova is a team that is playing really well. They have had a good championship so far and so we expect a lot from them starting from the next match because we know that they know how to hit very well at home and so they will make things difficult for us: we will go there to learn something else”.
This morning the group was busy with a preventive session in the gym with the athletic trainer Sebastian Carotti and, in the afternoon, technical tactical training on the taraflex. It will continue until Friday morning; in the afternoon the team will then leave for Civitanova.
