Negrini CTE Acqui Terme, after returning dry from Reggio Calabria by a hair’s breadth, is ready to turn the page and try everything to overturn the situation at the Palazzetto di Valenza and return to the Calabrian capital to play game 3. To accomplish this feat, the club is calling on all fans and enthusiasts.

Coach Michele Totire recounts the match:

“The only regret of the first leg is perhaps for a couple of balls in the third set that if we had won perhaps the match would have taken a different turn, but now it’s over: we would like to return to Calabria to play game 3. Domotek played a great match but above all they were able to create a real event around this beautiful match where those who deserved it won, not because of the demerits of others. They played important balls better than us in a delicate moment. They are a solid and square team with some certainties that do a lot of good. They took second place in a difficult group and deserve this semifinal as much as we do. They deserved game 1 but with our boys we said that we want to return to Reggio to play game 3. They had a great crowd, for this reason I want to invite as many people as possible on Sunday in Valenza to push our players to give their best, something they have already done in Reggio Calabria”
