Another prestigious achievement for the club of President Gino Sirci, which confirms itself as a breeding ground for young talents: Luca Palazzetti, scoutman of the Block Devils youth team, has been called up to cover this delicate and important role in the Under 16 national team!
The very young talent, 21 years old next July, blossomed right in the youth team of the black and white club: he approached the world of volleyball at a very young age, playing in the Sir youth team and trained, at the time, by Andrea Piacentini, current head of the black and white youth sector. Starting from 2021, he has undertaken and consolidated with excellent results, this new adventure in the role of scoutman, following up on his specific aptitudes and skills.
And now, to confirm the competence and professionalism demonstrated in the role of scoutman, a call has arrived that brings prestige to the entire black and white club: Luca Palazzetti has been called up as a scoutman for the Under 16 men’s team as part of the four training camps scheduled in Camigliatello Silano, in the province of Cosenza (in one of which the young Block Devils Giorgio Tamagnini, born in 2010, was also called up as a player, as made official in recent days).
Not only that. Luca Palazzetti is also about to embark on a prestigious international experience: he has in fact also been called up as a scoutman for the Italian national team for the European Under 16 Championship scheduled from 23 July to 3 August 2025 in Armenia
