After today’s double training session at PalabancaSport, Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza is back on the road ahead of their upcoming European fixture. After tomorrow’s midweek league match, the red and whites will depart for Berlin, where they will take to the court on Wednesday, March 4th, at 7:30 p.m. for the first leg of the CEV Volleyball Cup quarterfinals against Berlin Recycling Volleys.
Domenico Pace (libero for Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza): “We’ve reached a point in the CEV Cup where the level of play has risen significantly. Taking on this competition is always truly special. I’m returning to Berlin after being there a few years ago with Trento; the atmosphere in that arena was incredible. Our goal is to go as far as possible, and we’ll do everything we can to achieve that. I’ve seen some moments of the Berlin matches; they’re a very strong and dangerous team. It will be a tough challenge, without a doubt, but we’re ready to face it and give it our all on the court.”
