Rinascita Volley Lagonegro welcomes Stavros Mouchlias, a Greek spiker born in 2008, to its roster. He will officially wear the red and white jersey in the 2026/2027 Credem Banca Serie A2 championship.
Born and raised as a volleyball player in Greece, Mouchlias (205 centimeters tall, talented, and powerful) is considered one of the rising stars on the international scene. Despite his young age, the Greek hammer has already attracted the attention of experts thanks to his technical, physical, and character qualities, making him one of the most promising talents of his generation.
For him, Lagonegro represents his first experience away from his home country. A significant leap, but not entirely in the dark. In fact, for a few seasons now, Mouchlias has already had the opportunity to experience Italian volleyball up close, taking part in the preseason of the prestigious Lube Civitanova to help raise the level of the first team’s technical sessions.
