And that’s ten! Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce its tenth and final signing for the 2026/27 season.
Opposite hitter Carlo Ballari will wear the jersey of the Monge-Gerbaudo first team, competing in the Credem Banca Serie A3.
Born in 2007 in Carmagnola, Ballari is coming off a five-year stint at excellent levels with Cuneo Volley and, concurrently, Mario Castellino 1933 Top Four Busca, where he developed in a prominent environment, also enjoying the thrill of winning the regional Under-19 title last year and playing in several Serie D and Serie C championships. Previously? He had previously worn the Volley Savigliano jersey, and he returns to it, completing a journey that began in the youth sector, with three years between the Under 13 and Under 15 teams.
“The call from Savigliano surprised me and made me very happy. It’s a great feeling for me to return to play here after five years,” he explains. “The years spent at Cuneo Volley have taught me so much, both technically and personally. I had the opportunity to grow with people who taught me so much, and I will carry all of this with me. I’m aware of the leap in quality and I’m confident I’m ready for this new experience, with the goal of improving myself and always giving my all for the team.”
Carlo is the final piece of a significantly revamped roster, consisting of ten new signings and three confirmed players. We wish him and all his teammates an unforgettable 2026/27 season!
