It is the fifht consecutive victory of Verona against Santa Croce, and it launches the team straight towards the match with Sisley Treviso.
Andrea Semenzato said: “It is very nice to have gained two scores not playing at our best, it is not something to castaway. We had some troubles in the second and third sets, we must fall back on our serving. But one can’t just play hoping that the serving gives troubles to the opponent. Fortunately we reacted good in the fourth set, though they had fivr scores of advantage, and at the end we won”.
On the challenge of Sunday against his former team, Semenzato says: “It is always a bit strange for me. I grew up and played long with Treviso, but now I’m in Verona and I must concentrate on it”.

The presales for the match are already available, and will be until Sunday.
