Padova’s roster is taking shape with the signing of middleblocker Giovanni Polidori. Born in January 1975 in Rieti, he played in many different clubs in the A1 and A2: Ferrara, Latina, Trieste, Trento, Loreto, Vibo Valentia and Gioia del Colle, where he was last season. Last year, he scored 290 points in 149 sets.
“I’m 34 but I still have great motivation – said Polidori – I think Padova has everything it takes to be one of the main protagonists of the coming season. I’m very excited to live this new experience here”.
