Roma played two friendly games in one afternoon and was defeated twice by Città di Castello and San Giutino. Roma was without its International players for the last time, though.
“I have to admit that I was really disappointed with the first game – said coach Budani – I was impressed with San Giustino, well-organised. The game with Città di Castello was better, their level is more similar to ours right now. In that game, I tried Ottaviani instead of Puliti and the boy had a very positive performance”.
