Latina made its first signing for the upcoming season. The club announced the arrival of Italian international Daniele De Panis. Born in Lecce, the libero is amongst the player selected by coach Berruto to take part in the World League 2011. He spent the last two seasons in Forlì.
“We had been after him for quite a while – said president Gianrio Falivene – Now we’re happy to announce that one of the best libero in Italy will join Latina. This goes to show that we want to build a top team with Prandi for another year of good volleyball in the city”.
