Loreto snatched a great come back win against a tough opponent away from home, Perugia. Led 2-0 and 5-1 in the third set, Peda and co fought back thanks to a huge improvement at the net and on the serve. In the tie-break, and ace from Peda and a counter from Janusek sent Loreto on the right track (2-0), but Perugia tied it at 7. It was close until Loreto regained a 12-10 advantage on a block from Moretti, a lead they would never let go.
