Del Monte Junior League
Final Eight Under 19 – “Massimo Serenelli Trophy”
We’re just a few hours from the beginning of the Del Monte Junior League Final Eight, organized by the Italian Volleyball League in collaboration with the Regional FIPAV of Emilia Romagna, and the FIPAV Provincial Committee of Bologna. The event will take place from May 30 to June 30. The teams that will fight it out for the Under 19 national title are Lube Banca Marche Macerata, Bre Banca Lannutti Cuneo, Sisley Treviso, Itas Diatec Trentino, M. Roma Volley, Casa Modena, Andreoli Latina and Globo Banca Popolare del Frusinate Sora. The two gyms to host the event are the PalaPederzini in Calderara di Reno (Bo), where there will be the Mondo tricolor court, and the PalaSavena in San Lazzaro di Savena. The holders are Trentino.
FORMULA
8 teams divided into two groups. The top two of each group will meet in the semi-finals. The third classified of each group will face up for the 5th place and the fourth classified will play for seventh position.
