This afternoon, four weeks away from the league opener, Piacenza will play against Modena away for its first friendly game. Modena is coached by Angelo Lorenzetti, who was at Piacenza for five years helping the team win one league title and one Champions League final. The following encounter will be home against Monza on September 7 before the Alassio tournament of September 12. Piacenza will then host Trentino on the 20th.
