Fumagalli’s team obtained a second straight victory against Reggio Emilia and now it is preparing for Sunday’s encounter in Santa Croce. Milan has won two of the last three encounters between the two teams at the tie-break included the first meeting this season. The team from Tuscany is currently tenth, fighting with Genova and Loreto to get a better position before the playoffs. As for Milan, the aim is to defend its seventh place and not go lower.

“Santa Croce is physically very strong – said coach Fumagalli – Their main weapon is the serve. A solid team that cannot be underestimated”.
