Impossible to work out what’s going to happen. It’s all very tight in the table. The only thing for sure is that Trento, Macerata, Cuneo and Belluno will lead the four groups of three teams in the playoffs. After the victory over Monza, Roma is up to tenth with a chance to finish even higher.
“The ideal would be to finish 9th – said Paolucci – We could end up in a trio of a very good level but not impossible at all to overcome. There would be Belluno for sure, then Modena, or Piacenza if they are to leapfrog Modena. Obviously we’d have to beat Padova first”.
