Sport director Stefano Recine is quite happy with the beginning of season of Macerata, which triumphed in the Super Cup and won its opening league game in San Giustino.
“There’s always a heated atmosphere in San Giustino – said Recine – it’s always difficult to win there. I’ll never get tired of saying it, with the Rally Point System, things can turn sour pretty quickly, and at the end, only details make the difference. So we did a great job to increase our level of play at a certain point of the game. Three points are always welcomed, as for the other results, it is well known that there can easily be surprises at the beginning of the season”.
