Del Monte Boy League Final Six
The Boy League Final Six will take place on March 2-3 in Cesenatico for the second consecutive season. The teams that will fight it out for the 18th Enrico Bazan Cup are Cucine Lube Banca Marche Macerata, Volley Treviso, Tonazzo Padova, Vero Volley Monza, Itas Diatec Trentino and Pallavolo Loreto. Last year’s winner was Segrate, which had had the better of Treviso in the final.
The six teams were classified as follows according to the points taken
1. Cucine Lube Banca Marche Macerata 17
2. Volley Treviso 15
3. Tonazzo Padova 15
4. Vero Volley Monza 12
5. Itas Diatec Trentino 9
6. Pallavolo Loreto 7
Then were divided into two groups
GROUP D
1. Cucine Lube Banca Marche Macerata
4. Vero Volley Monza
6. Pallavolo Loreto
GROUP E
2. Volley Treviso
3. Tonazzo Padova
5. Itas Diatec Trentino
Each team will play each other once. Three sets will be played in each game, and each set won will be worth a point. On the other hands, semi-finals and finals will be played on the best of three sets.
