Trentino’s summer work on the market is officially under way with the signing of young Portuguese star Alexandre Ferreira. Born in 1991, the spiker, who had an excellent 2012-13 season at Castellana Grotte, recently shined on the International scene in the World League.
“Ever since I was a little kid, I dreamt of having such an opportunity – said Ferreira – I still haven’t realized I am going to play for the best team in the world. For a volleyball player, signing for Trento is like joining Real Madrid in football”.
