Ravenna reached an agreement with French setter Benjamin Toniutti. Born in 1989, the new captain of the transalpine team which is taking part in the World League, plays a fast-paced and enjoyable volleyball. He also has a sister in professional volleyball who was in Lyon last season.
“I am extremely happy to come and play in Ravenna for many reasons – said Toniutti – This is a club with huge history in Italy and Europe. They are very ambitious and I’ll be surrendered by young but extremely promising players, which is something I particularly like”.
