In the afternoon, libero Nicola Pesaresi, Federico Centomo and spiker Matteo Bolla joined Verona’s youth teams with he Under 14 and 15 ready for a series of friendly games.
“It had already been a great emotion to spend a full day with the first team in Macerata – said middle blocker Matteo Zanini, born in 1994, one of the youngsters who joined the first team in training – The boys have given me a good welcome and I settled in nicely. Their level is much higher than ours so it is extremely motivating”.
