Corigliano secured the services of middle blocker Michael Menicali for the coming season. Menicali played the last two seasons in the Serie B1 at Cagliari, he is heading south to make his debut at the level above and make a further step forward in his career.
“When I heard of the opportunity to play in the Serie A2, I accepted without any hesitation – said Menicali – This is the perfect opportunity for me to get better, to learn and help a group who seems rather young. I’m sure I’ll settle in great. The Serie A is a dream come true for me I can’t wait to get started. It’s a level above but I’m not afraid of new challenges”.
