The bitterness of the loss against Reggio is already brushed aside. The boys resumed training, had a brief chat about the mistakes made to look for solutions to improve the negative aspects. “My father Mario was a volleyball player, since I was very young I was able to get to know and appreciate what a great sport that is – explains libero Marchisio as he tells us about his career so far – Besides, I lived in Cuneo where top level volleyball has never gone amiss. My debut in the first team occurred in 2010, a year to remember, when Cuneo won its one and only league title, hardly a month later, we also won the Junior League. The following year I went to Loreto to gain experience, a stint in Club Italia A2 followed before the Cuneo managers called me back towards the end of the season. I spent two years in the club and took part in European competitions too”.
