Marvellous come-back on leaders lead to sixth place

What a game! It does not happen that often that David beats Goliath. The league leader Macerata was defeated by Città di Castello in the fifth set, and after a superb come-back from 2-0 down. In the tie-break, Rossi blocked Zaytsev and then Massari earned the 14-12. The hosts’ seventh block from Piano sealed a very special feat for Città di Castello which takes them to sixth in the league.
