The come-back of Santucci

Things nobody would ever have expected are happening in Sora. After the signings of setter Fabroni, German outside hitter Hirsch, the renewal of Salgado, Paris’ return, the club now announced the come-back of Marco Santucci. The spiker receiver from Campobasso was part of the Sora teams that wrote the history of the club. Born in 1983, he first arrived in Sora in 2007, and the team dominated from the first to the last round the Serie B2 group G, earning direct promotion in the B1. The following season proved as thrilling as the previous one: it was tight all the way with Gela but Sora eventually celebrated promotion in the Serie A2 for the first time in history. Two promotions for Santucci and a contract to play in the Serie A. He would leave the club in 2010. He is now a consolidated player at this level, having played last season at Atripalda.
