It’s been a successful season full of victories which are still fresh in our minds but it is already time to build for the coming season. And the first move of the club is to extend the contract of head coach Vincenzo Di Pinto. The ‘Magician’ is known for getting the absolute best out of his players regardless of the difficulties the team might meet during the season and he is already extremely excited to embark on a new adventure.
“I am satisfied with the season we had – said Di Pinto as Molfetta qualified for the playoffs as sixth of the regular season and went close from a breakthrough in the quarter-finals against Trentino – But I still feel angry about this Game 5. With a little extra luck, we could have made it. Anyway, the decision to stay was easy, it’s a choice dictated by the heart. I feel at home here, in my family. I like the will from the club to do things well and professionally. Every year, we manage to stay at a good level by making clever decisions”.
