Diatec Trentino is second finalist of Unipolsai Superleague Playoffs. 23rd consecutive win for Diatec Trentino at PalaTrento in this season, a perfect season, still undefeated. This will be the eighth big final in ten years for Trento, clinched on tonight on the home turf versus Sir Safety Conad Perugia. It was a perfect game or Trento, who stunned Perugia in every single fundamental.
Diatec Trentino dominated the game since the start, with great percentages in attack with Filippo Lanza (16 points in the end, with 74% in attack) and opposite Ian Stokr (16 points with 67% in attack) always answering the calls of Simone Giannelli, perfect in every fundamental. Lorenzo Bernardi’s team was always in trouble all game long without being able to react to the power of Trento’s attack.
Next tuesday 25th april at 18 at Eurosuole Forum in Civitanova, Trento will face Cucine Lube, in a more or less announced final. The show of italian volleyball is upocoming at its best.
