After last season at MedStore Tunit Macerata, Enrico Lazzaretto returns to the banks of the Livenza under the HRK Diana Group Motta of Livenza. Born in Padua in 1995, Enrico is a place four of 198 cm who, after the youth team in Padua, arrives at Motta di Livenza very young in the 2014/2015 season with Pino Lorizio on the bench (precisely in the season of the Treviso’s first A2 promotion). After Motta only Serie A for him with experiences also in A1 in Padua up to two seasons as a protagonist in A3 in Porto Viro and the last in Macerata.

Hi Enrico. You come back to Motta more mature and experienced. What striker will Motta fans find?

Surely they will find a person a little more grown up (at least I hope – laughs-) both physically and mentally, but with the same desire to win and improve myself that I have always had.

What prompted you to choose Motta and return to green-and-white?

Pino (Lorizio) asked for me and I didn’t hold back. The company immediately gave me a good impression and with the leap in category I could not refuse this opportunity.

You have had the opportunity to work with Lorizio in the past. How do you remember it?

Yes, I remember Pino … He has always been a “general” in the gym. He has always squeezed us to the max to bring out the best in each of us. I am sure that this year too we will work a lot to improve game by game.

After three seasons in A3 and the A1 played in Padua, you find the A2 again. What championship do you expect?

I expect a very difficult championship. The teams are strong and well organized. It will be necessary to fight every Sunday to get some good satisfactions… But that’s the beauty of volleyball, isn’t it?
