The libero Filippo Pochini returns to Emma Villas Aubay Siena. For him this is the third return in the biancoblu jersey. In the 2022-2023 season he will in fact be available to the group that will be coached again by coach Paolo Montagnani for the Superlega championship. The “Pok” is in fact a new acquisition, but it is actually a volleyball player who already knows Siena and the whole world of Emma Villas very well.

Born in Perugia on November 13, 1989, Pochini has three seasons in Super League and four in Serie A2 in his curriculum. After the youth teams and the first experiences in the first team at Rpa Luibacchi.it Perugia, in 2010 he went to play in Volley Catania in B1. Then Orvieto, Perugia again (this time Sir Safety) and in 2013 his first landing at Emma Villas, which at the time played its home games in Chiusi and played in Serie B2. He wore this shirt for two seasons, which were full of successes: and he lived and won two consecutive promotions.

In 2015 the transfer to Santa Croce sull’Arno, who played in B1, and the following year to Gioia del Colle, again in B1. In 2017 the return to Emma Villas, in this case to Siena and again for a season full of triumphs that culminated in the promotion to Superlega after the victory in the playoff final against Spoleto.

In 2018 Pochini moved to Livorno, in Serie A2, then two years in Mondovì while last season he played in Taranto, in Superlega. Now comes his third return to Emma Villas.
