WiMORE Parma entrusts the role of second coach to Matteo Borghi, who for two seasons led Energy Volley in Serie D and last year was the deputy in the ranks of the Sassuolo women’s A2 Volley Academy. Born on 23 October 1981 in Scandiano in the province of Reggio Emilia, Borghi had already distinguished himself in the youth sectors of various Reggio Emilia clubs before arriving on this side of the Enza in January 2020, where, despite the difficulties related to the pandemic, he made himself appreciated in the second men’s team of WiMORE Energy Volley Parma, so much so that, after the parenthesis in Modena, he was recalled alongside coach Andrea Codeluppi in the new adventure in A3. “It is an experience that gives continuity to the high-level path I have undertaken, I return to a company to which I feel very attached”.
