Carlevaris, just you. Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce that in the next sports season Andrea Carlevaris will wear the white and blue colors in the Serie A3 Credem Banca championship.
Born in 1993, Carlevaris is a setter who Savigliano knows well. In fact, he was the director who led ViViBanca Torino to victory in the 2021/22 Serie A3 playouts, precisely against Monge-Gerbaudo.
Leading him on the bench was “Lollo” Simeon, who now strongly wanted him. On the threshold of 30 years, which he will turn on 20 September, Andrea boasts a long experience in the arenas of the Turin area. Raised at Parella, with the team of the capital he played in Serie C and B2 between 2011 and 2016. Then, the adventures in Nuncas Chieri, San Mauro Torinese and Alto Canavese, always in Serie B, before returning to ViViBanca, with which he played Serie A3 closed with the match against Savigliano and Serie B last season.
“For me this call to Savigliano represents an excellent opportunity to return to a championship that I have only faced once, with excellent satisfaction. Surely, the fact of going back to work with Simeon, with whom I had a great time, and doing it in an environment that I knew as an opponent and which represents a great opportunity, also had an impact. I come here with great personal motivations, as always. I’m a fake youngster, I’ll continue to push hard as I’ve always done, with the aim of carving out as much space as possible on the pitch” – his first words as a blue-and-white.
