After the confirmations of Matteo Mozzato and Alessandro Stufano, the middle blockers squad of DRL Volley Team brought Andrea De Col back to Belluno.

Twenty years on August 9th, the middle blocker took his first volleyball steps in the Spes nursery. His qualities and physical skills (he is 203 centimeters tall) soon attracted the attention of Volley Treviso. And precisely in orogranata De Col has gained significant experience in the youth championships and Serie B. Hence, the call to A3, coming from the Marches: in particular from Macerata, where Andrea wore the Med Store Tunit shirt, managing to obtain a third place in the regular season and to reach the final of the Italian Cup.

In the year of his debut in the third series, he totaled 11 appearances and scored 48 points, with a couple of aces and above all 20 blocks: the “specialty” of the house. Career high? Needless to say, right at the Spes Arena against the DRL, in a match ennobled by 9 points: 8 of which in an irresistible first set.

The player will be officially presented tomorrow (Thursday 29 June), at 5.30 pm, in the offices of Da Rold Srl (in via Vittorio Veneto, 223, in Belluno).
