On 26 July, ErmGroup Pallavolo San Giustino and School Volley Perugia reached a three-year technical-sports collaboration agreement. Based on the agreement, there is the possibility of an exchange of members, in order to offer the greatest possible range of technical opportunities to the athletes themselves, also creating the best conditions to achieve important regional results with the category teams. At the beginning of each season, the technical objectives, the exchange of players, the participation with mixed teams in the best national and international tournaments will be set and finally, during the competitive year, technical stages will be organized in the presence of all the coaches of the society. The collaboration between the two partnerships will also allow the most talented and deserving volleyball players to aspire to conquer the Serie A stages. In this regard, the ErmGroup Pallavolo San Giustino has already demonstrated a very specific will, including in the roster of Serie A3 this season five athletes born after 2003. With the prospect of involving as many new local talents as possible in the first team, the newborn collaboration with the Perugia club – which adds to the technical understanding with the Arezzo Volleyball Academy Club, signed in June – will allow the white and blue club to be able to expand its research area also in the Umbrian capital, thanks to the monitoring of the School Volleyball coaches. The aforementioned three sports realities, although operating in different territories, will therefore share a path aimed at achieving the best sporting results for clubs and athletes, always with an eye to the “social” aspect of a correct competitive practice aimed at health, well-being, relationships between young people and the social inclusion of the largest number of athletes. Great satisfaction on both fronts, as stated by the managing director of ErmGroup Volleyball, Claudio Bigi and the president of School Volleyball, Dario Mandò: “We are very happy with the agreement reached with Volleyball San Giustino – said Mandò – since we believe that for us it is the right way to raise the quality level of our teams and identify a high-level point of arrival for our members who will demonstrate their determination and important qualities. We are also convinced that sharing technical courses between coaches is a way to further grow our regional movement, which is not currently in excellent health”.
