On the banks of the Livenza arrives Edoardo Murabito, center back born in 2004, from the Treviso school which already tells a lot in itself.
“Edo” will be an uphill journey but this doesn’t scare him, on the contrary! In fact, the center back, native of Rome, has to recover from a 6-month absence from the field due to a heart problem “after such a long stop I arrived in Motta with the aim of getting back into shape to give my contribution to the team, earn as much space as possible and above all to win… I have a stratospheric desire to win!” These are the first, but decidedly confident, words of Murabito in green and white.
You have only joined the team for a few days, what were your impressions?
“Yes, I arrived later than the others, I immediately found a good rhythm but I have to say that I managed. Now I will have to regain my technique and physicality but I am in a team made up of excellent elements with whom it will be possible to improve a lot.”
You come from Serie B, how do you expect this A3?
“I believe it will be a very competitive championship, certainly a good step up compared to Serie B. There are many well-set teams, with promising young players and players who have also fought in higher categories. Experience counts a lot so I imagine a nice leap in quality compared to B”
If you had to describe yourself only through your strengths what would you tell us?
“I would definitely say determination, tenacity, the desire to always aim high and the hunger for victory. On a technical level, however, I would say the wall. Last year, despite being forced to miss a good part of the championship, I still managed to score a significant number of blocks.”
