Lefty opposite Francesco Quagliozzi is one of the reinforcements at the Pool Libertas bench. He comes from a good year in Serie A3 Credem Banca: starting as a reserve for the former Canturino Ismael Princi, he managed to carve out a leading role in the salvation conquered on the pitch by the Sicilian team, and this convinced Coach Francesco Denora.

“Francesco Quagliozzi is a young man who has been demonstrating constant growth in recent years – says Coach Francesco Denora -, and his last season, where he managed to carve out his space, proves it. He’s a player with good technique, an excellent shoulder, and he can give us a great contribution. Then he is young, full of enthusiasm, and we must be good at exploiting the enthusiasm and energy of all these young people ”.

“I am very happy to play in Cantù – he says -: being a Serie A2 team, the level of play rises and I will be able to grow a lot. It will be my first year in this category, but last season I followed the championship and the good performances made by Pool Libertas. The next one will be quite different from what I’m used to, but it was what I wanted. My personal goal is to improve, find my space and show what I’m capable of. In any case, I can’t wait to get started!”.
