Two medals at VNL

The Vnl Final Eight in which six black and white players took part ended yesterday evening in Gdansk in Poland. Flavio’s Brazil and Ropret’s Slovenia did not pass the obstacle of the quarter-finals against Poland and Japan respectively. On the other hand, Giannelli and Russo’s Italy finished fourth and therefore at the foot of the podium, defeating Argentina in the quarterfinals before surrendering to the United States in the semifinals and Japan in the final 3rd/4th place. The two medals of the black and white expedition instead come from the hosts of Poland of Leon and Semeniuk who make a clear path by overcoming Brazil in the quarterfinals, Japan in the semifinals and last night the United States in the final.
Staying at Sir Susa Vim’s house, this is instead the key week for Plotnytskyi’s Ukraine which in Qatar from 28 to 30 July is one of the favorites among the eight protagonists of the Volleyball Challenger Cup, an event that assigns a place to the 2024 Vnl. These are the pairings of the quarter-finals: Tunisia-Chile, Ukraine-China, Qatar-Thailand, Turkey-Dominican Republic.
