Gamma Chimica Brugherio finishes the qualifying round in first place and enters the Final Eight of the DelMonte® Boy League, an under-14 championship organized by the Serie A Volleyball League and reserved for the clubs of the consortium.
It is in Casnate with Bernate, at the PalaFrancescucci, with the organization of Pallavolo Cantù, which we thank for their hospitality, that the first phase took place on Sunday 7 April, that of qualifying for the Final Eight of the DelMonte® Boy League, for the young people under 14 from Gamma Chimica Brugherio, Pool Libertas Cantù, Puliservice Acqua S. Bernardo Cuneo and Monge Gerbaudo Savigliano, included in group B.
The ones who passed the round, with the competition formula which included one-way matches with three sets played, where each set won assigned a point in the ranking and with the first two classified having access to the final in May, were, at the end of the long day of matches, the little devils of Gamma Chimica and Cuneo Volley, first and second of the concentration.
It’s an all-in for the rosanero who won all three matches 3-0 to take first place in the group with maximum points (9 points), thus gaining the pass for the Final Eight which will take place from 24 to 26 May 2024 (location to be defined).
