Treacherous championship round for Plus Volleyball which will take to the field in Macerata on Sunday 18 February for the eighth day, Blue group, of the Serie A3 Credem Banca championship. The Pontino team led by coach Nello Mosca is in the gym to prepare for the away match against Banca Macerata, top of the class in the group. After the away defeat in Lecce, the team from the Marche region will also be busy on 14 February, starting at 8.30pm, in recovery against Casarano. Over the last few days, Plus Volleyball has lined up a series of positive results and in the last round of the championship they won 3-1 in their home match against Casarano, confirming the excellent form that the Pontini team is experiencing. Important points have arrived in the standings where the Lazio team currently occupies eighth place thanks to the 23 points gained in 18 games played. Macerata is first in the standings with 43 points.

We are going through a good moment and in addition to my teammates it is necessary to give great credit to coach Nello and the staff, first and foremost for the order given to our game and then for the excellent preparation and careful tactical study of the matches. I think that another big step for the group is the acquisition of awareness of our game and our means. On Sunday we have a challenging match, against the first of the group, Macerata, they are a strong team, but we will go there with the awareness of who we are and with the aim of collecting as many points as possible to further move the rankings. From an individual point of view they are in an excellent moment and I try to make myself ready and available to the team.”
