Serie A2 Credem Banca
The 2nd round of the Serie A2 Credem Banca Regular Season coincides with the first two days of matches between the teams in the category in the new calendar year. Five matches are scheduled on the calendar between Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 January, while two matches have been postponed to the second part of the month due to the absence of some athletes, called up to the Wevza tournament with the Under 18 national team. Saturday, at 6.00 pm, Brescia hosts Pineto, while at 8.30pm Prata di Pordenone welcomes Siena. On Sunday, at 4pm, Ortona faces Porto Viro, while at 6pm the day ends with Grottazzolina – Reggio Emilia and Ravenna – Cuneo. The dates of the two postponed matches are already known: Pool Libertas Cantù – BCC Tecbus Castellana Grotte will be played at 6.00 pm on Wednesday 24 January, while Kemas Lamipel Santa Croce and WOW Green House Aversa will compete at 7.00 pm on Wednesday 31 January. Despite the misstep in the last round of 2023, Grottazzolina firmly holds the top spot with 35 points. The first pursuer, Prata, is second at 30 points. There are four teams squeezed into a 3-point handkerchief between 2nd and 5th place.
