Alberto Polo confirmed in the Sonepar Padova roster that will take part in the 2025_26 SuperLega Championship. The central defender originally from Bassano del Grappa will wear the black and white jersey for the fifth non-consecutive season, continuing a professional and human path strongly linked to the City of Padua and his team.
Born in 1995, 202 centimeters tall and with a career full of experience in the top Italian championship, Polo returned to the field last season in the city in the shadow of the Saint, after a long break, immediately demonstrating great resilience and tenacity.
“Returning to the field was more beautiful than I could have imagined, without a doubt – declared Polo –. I have rediscovered enthusiasm, motivation and the pleasure of being part of a team. Now I feel very charged for this new season: I think that everyone, both those who remain and those who arrive, will have strong personal motivations.
