Thomas Spinello is the new young setter for Domotek.
Last year, he played in the province of Messina, in the Sicily BVS C Series.
Born in 2004, the Piedmontese player, originally from Borgo Sesia, talks about his career and his enthusiasm for this new adventure in Reggio Calabria.
Spinello’s journey begins in Piedmont: “My name is Thomas Spinello, I’m from Borgo Sesia, in the province of Vercelli. I started playing volleyball at age 7 in my hometown, then I moved to Biella for six years, where I completed the youth sector and made my debut in Serie B. Last year, I moved to Sicily, where we fought for promotion to the championship.”

The excitement of arriving in Calabria is palpable: “I was fortunate enough to play with two former Domotek players, Stefano Remo and Diego Vizzari, who spoke highly of the club. It’s an honor for me to be part of this environment. This year I’ve already come to see a few games, especially the playoffs: the atmosphere created by the crowd was impressive, it gave the team an incredible boost.”
